Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Our billing team will verify if you are in-network or out-of-network as well as inform you of any deductibles or co-pay. 

Payment

All clients, regardless of insurance, are required to maintain an active credit card on file through the secure client portal. Payments will be collected after each session. Invoices and superbills are available as well. Other forms of payment may be requested by contacting the billing team at [email protected].

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
